Hey AJ? The server restarted just now... I was 10 seconds from getting my body after getting killed by a wood pile. All my gear is now lost 2 days worth of collecting resources. Was that a scheduled reset? Or did I just waste my time gathering?

Sorry to hear that man. Not that I know of. Auto restart is off.

It's reset like 3-4 times today, once it was in between 10 minutes.

Rust Memory Leak Causing Frequent Server Restarts Last updated on 7-2-2014 10:16:00 by Killing Hi folks, We've noticed that some Rust servers are restarting really, really often (every 20 minutes). Unfortunately this is caused by a MASSIVE memory leak in the game code which causes it to eat 1GB of RAM every 15-20 minutes on some servers - this is causing them to very quickly fill their allocations and get restarted. The image below shows the slow memory leak before yesterdays update and then the massive one after. Clanforge does shutdown servers softly and force a save first though so these restarts shouldn't cause any data to be lost. Unfortunately as this is a problem with Rust itself, there's nothing we can do from our side to prevent this. Technically, allowing a server to use more RAM before we restart it would delay the restarts, but the leak is so big that it's just not worth trying - any increases we make to our limits wouldn't even dent it. We've already contacted the Rust developers Facepunch about the problem so they are aware and hence hope to see an update released to fix this issue soon, so keep an eye on this news post for further info.
